Delivery Information

We deliver throughout the working week - aiming to dispatch your parcel on the same day or the very next day, to ensure your goods arrive in a timely manner (2-5 Working Days).

At present, we are only able to cover UK Mainland regions for delivery but very soon we will work worldwide!


In order to keep our sweets fresh and tasting as good as ever, your orders are prepared and packaged after orders are made. We wrap them up to keep them safe and send the goods in a brown outer box to the delivery details supplied to us at point of purchase.


We trust our courier service but with any service, your delivery date however, cannot be guaranteed by us and any issues with delivery through the courier services will need to be taken up with them direct - we will do the same of course! We will also supply the tracking details for your parcel so you can arrange / rearrange delivery at your own convenience.

On delivery, a signature will be required - this is to cover us on this side as well an ensuring your orders are looked after!

We arrange for orders to be dispatched everyday except for Sunday. Any orders placed on a Saturday after 2pm will not be dispatched until Monday.

We always want to make sure you are happy with your treats, so if for any reason you aren't please just drop a note on our returns page and we will sort the issue out for you immediately. Unfortunately, due to the nature of the product, PICK AND MIX sweets or anything that’s personalised or made to your specific requirements cannot be resold and is therefore non-cancellable and non-returnable.


RETURNS AND CANCELLED ORDERS


If you change your mind about a product that we can accept for a return (non-perishable goods), we will be happy to refund the basic cost of delivery of getting those goods to you in the first place. You must cover the cost for returning unwanted goods; we won't refund the amount you pay to get the goods back to us.


There will be a 20% deduction to any refunds on cancelled orders which include personalised gifts and or pick and mix sweets that have been specially prepared.
